The series was well-received, so we decided to assemble all the parts in a single number of <em>Middle East Papers<\/em>, MESH&#8217;s occasional papers series. Download the paper (pdf) by <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/mesh\/files\/2008\/10\/first_100_days.pdf\">clicking here<\/a>. This format will make it easier for an aide to the next president to print it up, for leisurely reading by his boss on Air Force One.<\/p>\n<p>This is a reminder that authors of <em>Middle East Papers<\/em> need not be members of MESH.
