The story was later reported in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/2008\/03\/18\/zeltser-belarus-arrest-face-markets-cz_hb_0318autofacescan06.html\">Forbes<\/a> and elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Russian oligarchi-in-exile<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pbs.org\/frontlineworld\/stories\/moscow\/berezovsky.html\"> Boris Berezovsky<\/a> tells Georgian TV station <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rustavi2.com\/index.php\">Rustavi2<\/a> Emanuel Zeltser is a swindler who is trying to seize the assets of Berezovsky&#8217;s former partner Badri Patarkatsishvili, who died suddenly in February. <\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;they [Joseph Kay and Emanuel Zeltser] presented themselves as people authorized to manage Badri\u2019s assets. Shortly after that it became absolutely clear that they were swindlers, who have falsified documents and as far as I know Mr. Zeltser is now in prison in Belarus, where they also tried to seize Badri\u2019s assets through faked documents &#8220;<\/em> Details and lots of other interesting tidbits about Georgian politics in the full English <a href=\"http:\/\/www.civil.ge\/eng\/detail.php?id=17422\">transcript<\/a> of the interview.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, someone posted a long comment on my earlier post titled<br \/>\nBEREZOVSKY AND BELARUS KGB PLOT AGAINST US LAWYER EMANUEL ZELTSER<\/p>\n<p>This is what we call an \u0438\u043d\u0444\u043e\u0440\u043c\u0430\u0446\u0438\u043e\u043d\u043d\u0430\u044f \u0432\u043e\u0439\u043d\u0430 (&#8220;information war&#8221;).
