One of the FAQ on the Berkman site is “How do I find out about upcoming events?<\/span>“.  The answer seems straightforward enough:<\/p>\n

We invite you to visit our “Upcoming Events” box on the Berkman <\/span>home page<\/a>.  You may also wish to subscribe to our electronic newsletter, <\/span>The Filter<\/a>. <\/span>\n<\/div>\n

Of course the ‘upcoming events’ box contains one random selection from
\nthe coming year and one event which has already passed, and The Filter<\/a>, while it seems at some point to have been published more than once a year, is stuck on the edition from April 19, 2004.<\/p>\n

Now as it so happens, I know there is an interesting-sounding two-day conference on Blogging, Journalism<\/a>, and How We Can Trust Them Sneaky Citizen Journalists With Our Mindshare<\/a>. 
\nAnd I know it takes place Jan 21-22 at the Center.  But the only
\ninformation about it anywhere online, apparently, is on the personal
\ntravel schedule of a friend of mine. How annoying.  Perhaps I
\nshould let the webmaster<\/a> know…<\/p>\n
