She is interested in issues of transparency and the digital divide. She began her career as journalist with<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stamfordadvocate.com\/\"> The Stamford Advocate<\/a> which led her to stint as a freelance journalist based in New Delhi, India. Lauren&#8217;s work has appeared in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.csmonitor.com\/\">The Christian Science Monitor<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ap.org\/\">AP\u2019s asap<\/a>, and in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.livemint.com\/Home.aspx\">Mint<\/a>, a business publication of The Wall Street Journal. She has worked with <a href=\"http:\/\/money.cnn.com\/\">CNNMoney.com<\/a>, where she edited and produced web videos about financial and technology topics.
