Not wasted, as Beau convinced me in our DSA chat last week, because these experiences are all a part of the &#8220;normal emotional cycle in a very challenging work environment&#8221; (in quotes since I couldn&#8217;t possibly have said it better myself), but a hiatus in the substantial forward progress I&#8217;d been making over the past few months nonetheless. In any case, I&#8217;ve finally\u2014finally!\u2014trumpets, sunbeams, angel chorus\u2014sent off my annual <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/kotrc\/files\/2011\/03\/PlanktonTech-Progress-Report-2010.pdf\">report to PlanktonTech<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/kotrc\/files\/2011\/03\/Harvard.pdf\">presentation<\/a> for their April meeting, and my ceci-n&#8217;est-pas-un-<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/kotrc\/files\/2011\/03\/Bens-feedback.pdf\">review of Dave&#8217;s diatom diversity manuscript<\/a>.
