Avoid phrases which could be interpreted as discriminating by race\/color\/origin (e.g. &#8216;hispanic area&#8217;), religion (e.g. &#8216;christian home&#8217;), age \/ familial status (e.g. &#8216;no kids&#8217;), disability, sexual orientation, or source of income.
