The remaining Rs 600 crore<br \/>\nwill go towards compensation for families who lost their home or<br \/>\nbusiness. The report also recommends equal compensation to families<br \/>\naffected by the pogroms across different states, and additional<br \/>\ncompensation to the approximately 32,000 Sikh families who had to move<br \/>\nto Punjab after the massacres. <\/font><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\"><em>The<br \/>\ntwo reports are expected to be implemented by the Centre before winter<br \/>\nsession of Parliament, which is likely to begin on November 23.<\/em><\/font><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><font face=\"Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">According<br \/>\nto sources from the Home Ministry, the central and the state<br \/>\ngovernments will work together to implement the recommendations.
