The hearing, held by the G.T. Nanavati and K.G. Shah commission, will now be held on December 14. <\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<P><FONT face=\"Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\"><EM>Though the reason for his absence today for the third time was considered genuine as it was because of the death of his mother a few days ago, the commission noted that the earlier absence on health grounds raised suspicions.
