Vahanvati said.<\/EM><\/FONT><\/P><\/BLOCKQUOTE><br \/>\n<P><FONT face=\"Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">Gangs raped at least three members and killed 14 members of Bilkis&#x2019; family.
