<\/SPAN>After this surprising claim, functionaries at the Darbar Sahib amazingly honored Dikshit with a &#x2018;siropa,&#x2019; or saffron cloth.<\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"0in 0in 0pt\">&nbsp;<\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"0in 0in 0pt\"><FONT face=\"Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,Sans-Serif\"><FONT size=\"2\">Dikshit made this claim despite the failure of the judiciary to convict any senior politician or police officer involved in instigating the pogroms.<SPAN style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/SPAN>And after Dikshit herself <A href=\"http:\/\/www.business-standard.com\/today\/story.asp?Menu=97&amp;story=24527\">placed Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar<\/A>, two of the main accused in victim testimonies, on the Congress election committee this past October.<SPAN style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/SPAN><\/FONT><\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"0in 0in 0pt\">&nbsp;<\/P><br \/>\n<P style=\"0in 0in 0pt\"><FONT face=\"Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,Sans-Serif\"><FONT size=\"2\">Dikshit&#x2019;s government failed to appeal the acquittal of HKL Bhagat in the case of the murder of Darshan Kaur&#x2019;s husband.<SPAN style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp;
