To date, only two of the 23 accused are in custody. <\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT face=\"Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">That is one more serious accused than has been picked up in connection with the 1995 disappearance of Jaswant Singh Khalra. &#x2018;Disappearance&#x2019;, because till today, his fate remains unknown.
