This case was mentioned <A href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/jaskaran\/2005\/10\/27#a560\">earlier<\/A> in the blog. <\/FONT><\/P><br \/>\n<P><FONT face=\"Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,Sans-Serif\" size=\"2\">In 2001, DSP Jaspal Singh was convicted and sentenced to seven years in prison for the kidnapping and murder of Amrik Singh.
