{"id":1692,"date":"2019-06-08T15:08:22","date_gmt":"2019-06-08T19:08:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.harvard.edu\/internationallegalstudies\/?p=1692"},"modified":"2019-07-02T15:29:17","modified_gmt":"2019-07-02T19:29:17","slug":"meet-the-2019-chayes-fellows","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/internationallegalstudies\/2019\/06\/08\/meet-the-2019-chayes-fellows\/","title":{"rendered":"Meet the 2019 Chayes Fellows"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seventeen Harvard Law School students have been awarded 2019\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hls.harvard.edu\/dept\/ils\/summer-work-abroad\/chayes-fellowships\/\">Chayes International Public Service Fellowships<\/a>\u00a0for work in 13 countries.<\/p>\n<p>The Chayes International Public Service Fellowships are dedicated to the memory of\u00a0<a title=\"Professor Abram Chayes (1922-2000)\" href=\"https:\/\/hls.harvard.edu\/dept\/ils\/summer-work-abroad\/professor-abram-chayes-1922-2000\/\" target=\"\">Professor Abram Chayes \u201949<\/a>, who taught at Harvard Law School for more than 40 years.
