Please join us for a talk by Professor Niamh Moloney LL.M. \u201993 with an introduction by Professor Howell Jackson.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Niamh\u00a0Moloney is Professor of Financial Markets Law, and incoming Head of the Law Department (2018-2019), at the London School of Economics, and specializes in EU financial market regulation. Her books include the first monograph on this topic,\u00a0EU Securities and Financial Markets Regulation<\/em>\u00a0(Oxford University Press, 2014), now in its third edition. She is an editor of the\u00a0Oxford Handbook of Financial Regulation<\/em>\u00a0and the Cambridge University Press Series on International Corporate Law and Capital Market Regulation, and sits on the editorial boards of several journals. She holds an LL.B. from Trinity College Dublin and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.<\/p>\n
