Insights into brand trends and the birth of new target sectors<\/em>. The book is a collection of articles previously published in the Belgian magazine <em>PUB<\/em> and the French magazine <em>Point De Vente<\/em>.\u00a0 Each article offers insight into product branding and new ways people were implementing this information.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2015\/05\/IMG_0052.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-5953\" style=\"margin-left: 5px\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2015\/05\/IMG_0052-288x300.jpg\" alt=\"What if\" width=\"288\" height=\"300\" align=\"right\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2015\/05\/IMG_0052-288x300.jpg 288w, https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2015\/05\/IMG_0052.jpg 882w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 288px) 100vw, 288px\" \/><\/a>It\u00a0is an interesting topic still\u00a0since with the excess amount of data collected in the internet age, the way we follow trends is changing.\u00a0 Although little of the information can be used as an exact roadmap on how to market, it serves as a motivator for outside-of-the-box thinking and finding inspiration in unusual places.<\/p>\n<p>Jean Jacques Evrard is very active in the marketing world, as one of the co-founders of the Pentawards, a Belgian design award competition based on design; he is influential on the look of products today.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2015\/05\/IMG_0053.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-5954\" style=\"margin-right: 5px\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2015\/05\/IMG_0053-288x300.jpg\" alt=\"What if\" width=\"288\" height=\"300\" align=\"left\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2015\/05\/IMG_0053-288x300.jpg 288w, https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2015\/05\/IMG_0053.jpg 882w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 288px) 100vw, 288px\" \/><\/a>Pentawards also currently prints books on packaging design.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Brice Auckenthaler is also a prolific marketing presence and has published many books on the idea of innovation.\u00a0 Both show their eye for the unique and a flare for design in this collection of articles.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2015\/05\/IMG_0051.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-5952\" style=\"margin-left: 5px\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2015\/05\/IMG_0051-288x300.jpg\" alt=\"What if\" width=\"288\" height=\"300\" align=\"right\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2015\/05\/IMG_0051-288x300.jpg 288w, https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2015\/05\/IMG_0051.jpg 882w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 288px) 100vw, 288px\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/id.lib.harvard.edu\/aleph\/014290585\/catalog\" target=\"_blank\">What If?
