Do your own thing!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2014\/08\/bird-plane.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-4914\" style=\"margin-left: 5px\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.law.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2014\/08\/bird-plane-185x300.jpeg\" alt=\"Paper airplane book\" width=\"185\" height=\"300\" align=\"right\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2014\/08\/bird-plane-185x300.jpeg 185w, https:\/\/archive.blogs.harvard.edu\/houghtonmodern\/files\/2014\/08\/bird-plane.jpeg 584w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 185px) 100vw, 185px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Peter Max, a graphic artist still active today, was inspired by the psychedelic colors of the 1960s and 1970s.\u00a0 Max\u2019s work has found great commercial appeal; he has designed campaigns from everything from the World Cup and Super bowl to graphics to adorn commercial airplanes.\u00a0 Max\u2019s art has the aesthetics of pop art and commercial illustration, and his subjects vary widely.\u00a0\u00a0 Several more Peter Max books can be found in the Fine Arts Library Collection as well as Widener Library.\u00a0 Some titles are: \u00a0<em>Peter Max superposter book, The Peter Max land of red<\/em> and <em>The universe of Peter Max<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Paper airplane book\" href=\"http:\/\/id.lib.harvard.edu\/aleph\/014142232\/catalog\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Paper airplane book<\/em> \/ Peter Max.
