Cogan Jr. Professor Of Law and Economics, <a href=\"http:\/\/casestudies.law.harvard.edu\/guhan-subramanian\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/casestudies.law.harvard.edu\/guhan-subramanian\/\">Guhan Subramanian<\/a>, Joseph H. Flom Professor of Law and Business, and <a href=\"http:\/\/casestudies.law.harvard.edu\/wilkins-david-b\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/casestudies.law.harvard.edu\/wilkins-david-b\/\">David Wilkins<\/a>, Lester Kissel Professor of Law and Vice Dean for Global Initiatives on the Legal Profession. Professor Coates has written cases on<a href=\"http:\/\/casestudies.law.harvard.edu\/el-pasos-sale-to-kinder-morgan\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/casestudies.law.harvard.edu\/el-pasos-sale-to-kinder-morgan\/\"> El Paso&#8217;s sale to Kinder Morgan<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/casestudies.law.harvard.edu\/hiltons-hostile-bid-for-itt-a\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/casestudies.law.harvard.edu\/hiltons-hostile-bid-for-itt-a\/\">Hilton&#8217;s hostile bid for ITT<\/a> for his course on Mergers and Acquisitions. Professor Subramanian, who is also a professor at Harvard Business School, has contributed negotiation-oriented case studies, including <a href=\"http:\/\/casestudies.law.harvard.edu\/oracle-v-peoplesoft\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/casestudies.law.harvard.edu\/oracle-v-peoplesoft\/\">Oracle v. PeopleSoft<\/a>, which describes PeopleSoft&#8217;s tactics to thwart Oracle&#8217;s hostile takeover bid. Professor Wilkins has coauthored with Professor Nanda cases on innovations in legal services, including <a href=\"http:\/\/casestudies.law.harvard.edu\/axiom-a-getting-down-to-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/casestudies.law.harvard.edu\/axiom-a-getting-down-to-business\/\">Axiom<\/a>, a non-traditional provider of legal services.
