The event&#8217;s organizers have lined up a great collection of projects involving annotations.<\/p>\n<p>H2O allows users to provide in-line annotations in collages. Professor Zittrain, for instance, added a few explanatory notes and definitions in\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/h2odev.law.harvard.edu\/collages\/2923\">U.S. v.
