German version below.)<\/p>\n<p>1 AUGUST 2006, TUESDAY, DUSSELDORF, GERMANY<\/p>\n<p>The Technical University of Munich Is Not a Terror School \u2013 35<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cIn the mid-nineties, Siegfried Arnz was appointed principal of the Werner Stephan School.
