German version below.)<\/p>\n<p>10 JULY 2006, MONDAY, DUSSELDORF, GERMANY<\/p>\n<p>The Technical University of Munich Is Not a Terror School \u2013 19<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cOsman, who is learning to be a cabinetmaker and is afraid of being deported, reads the article fluently. It says that the Ruetli School is out of control, that violence is escalating, and that school students are throwing paving stones.
