\u201cPrenzlauer Berg has a problem with foreigners too, a problem of a completely different type. In the Thaelmann housing estate there are apartment blocks that even the construction company, out of necessity, advises dark-skinned foreigners it is not in their best interest to move into. There are right-wing bars and shops with \u2018devotional objects\u2019 of the extreme right. The neo-Nazi scene is becoming more self-confident; its members attend citizens\u2019 forums and break up events they don\u2019t like. Neo-Nazis have often held demonstrations in this part of Berlin.
