German version below.)<\/p>\n<p>25 MAY 2006, THURSDAY, DUSSELDORF, GERMANY<\/p>\n<p>Violent Right-Wingers Ruin Berlin\u2019s Reputation: and in Munich or at the Technical University of Munich? \u2013 4<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cIn the past fifteen years, Berlin has invested around 400 million euros (US$510 million) in subsidies to the fashionable southern part of Prenzlauer Berg. In the meantime, residential areas that were once in good condition have deteriorated, these include the prefabricated East German apartment housing north of the train line, which were once the desirable living standard of the old GDR, together with parts of the so-called \u2018Green Town,\u2019 where many of the apartments were last modernized around 1930.
