German version below.)<\/p>\n<p>18 MAY 2006, THURSDAY, DUSSELDORF, GERMANY<\/p>\n<p>The Technical University of Munich \u2013 Still Airbrushing History \u2013 11<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAs far as Dornier is concerned, Budrass had this to say, \u2018Dornier was no anti-Nazi; he was in the front ranks of those involved in arming Germany at that time\u2019. As a historian, Budrass warned against honoring Dornier as planned: \u2018I consider it very problematic to give this kind of honor to anyone who so incriminated himself.\u2019 Budrass, like Ulrich Herbert, professor of history at the University of Freiburg, argues in favor of commemorative plaques that present both aspects of the lives of men like Messerschmidt and Dornier.
