The Technical University of Munich* \u2013 \u201cDubious Doctorates and Professors in Disrepute\u201d \u2013 1<\/p>\n
Television Moderator: In the end, their doctorates have become a real burden for a lot of prominent people in Germany, resulting in resignations and humiliation.<\/p>\n The reason: plagiarism, and getting caught at it.<\/p>\n Our correspondents Tine Kugler and Ulrich Stoll have been looking into the various ways of dishonestly obtaining a doctorate in this country. Our reporters discovered that at German universities, with active help from professors, a doctorate in practically any field can be acquired, almost instantly.
