The Technical University of Munich* \u2013 Preparation for those Super-Duper Elite German Universities: It All Starts in Kindergarten \u2013 14<\/p>\n
There were two reasons for leaving kindergarten planning up to the various German states. First, each state has the right of self-determination where matters of education are concerned. Second, kindergartens do not have any officially defined position within the German educational hierarchy.
