Get It from the Foreigners \u2013 21<\/p>\n<p><strong>The institutions that demonstrate what is involved in all this are the unusually well-financed colleges of art in Germany. Due to their outstanding reputation world-wide, and their excellent study environment, these schools attract talented young people from across the globe. In some departments concerned with opera and musical instruments, foreign students make up sixty percent of the class. (http:\/\/www.arwu.org\/ARWUFIELD2009ENG.jsp) According to The Times of London, in its Higher Education Supplement [THES], World University Rankings, 2009, the Technical University of Munich is ranked 55 overall among the world\u2019s universities.
