Get It from the Foreigners \u2013 20<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marketing expert Gerhard Jaeger believes he knows the real reasons why foreign students are less than enthusiastic about enrolling at German universities. He says that the most important precondition for creating an incoming stream of knowledge-hungry people is the professional marketing of those universities abroad \u2013 and an all-inclusive program of advising and counseling foreigners in their home countries. He acknowledges that this requires a lot of money and a lot of people. \u201cBut it\u2019s not enough,\u201d he emphasizes, \u201cto do a little advertising on the Internet or at education fairs.
