The Technical University of Munich* \u2013 German Universities Strapped for Cash? Get It from the Foreigners \u2013 16<\/p>\n
The hope is that money from foreign students will be useful in two ways. First, it would help pay for improvements at German universities that would benefit both German and foreign students. Second, it would permit the cost-intensive recruitment of young foreign scientists and researchers.
