The Technical University of Munich* \u2013 A Bad Mistake \u2013 9<\/p>\n
The sharpest critics of the way the Bologna Reform has been implemented in Germany have not really helped their cause by insisting on the superiority of universities as they existed before the reform. The reason: the Humboldt ideal of a university was seldom realized.
