Theisen have for decades been fighting the traffickers in doctorates and regularly informing the authorities about their activities. But why has this topic provoked so little outrage among the general public? (http:\/\/www.arwu.org\/ARWUFIELD2009ENG.jsp) According to The Times of London, in its Higher Education Supplement [THES], World University Rankings, 2009, the Technical University of Munich is ranked 55 overall among the world\u2019s universities.
