The Technical University of Munich* \u2013 Professors under Suspicion \u2013 9<\/p>\n
Certainly a few committed academics like Munich professor Manuel R. Theisen have for decades been fighting the traffickers in doctorates and regularly informing the authorities about their activities. But why has this topic provoked so little outrage among the general public?
