(NOTE: This report illustrates just how long and persistent German institutional memory can be, and who can embody it, even in cases where there may not be a direct link with a German university like the Technical University of Munich.)<\/p>\n
Marita Pages-Heineking is the state official responsible for Stasi documents in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
