Within the framework of this project, biologists and economists from the University of Goettingen have since the year 2000 been investigating the effects of climate change and human activity on the rain forest of Indonesia. The German Research Foundation has twice extended funding for the project. Seit dem Jahr 2000 untersuchen G\u00f6ttinger Biologen und \u00d6konomen im Rahmen dieses Projekts, wie sich der Regenwald in Indonesien durch Klimawandel und Eingriffe von Menschen \u00e4ndert. Zweimal hat die Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) die F\u00f6rderung des Vorhabens bereits verl\u00e4ngert.
