Financing their education is one of the greatest problems facing many foreign students in Germany. Certainly it\u2019s less expensive to study here than in the United States, but costs are rising. In addition to paying the new tuition fees now required by the various German states, foreign students must also pay several hundred euros for their German courses, which once were free.
