Krupp, the owner of the company that bears his name, made Beitz his general manager with full powers of attorney, and Beitz played a decisive role in the post-war reconstruction and transformation of the prestigious German company. Even today, as chairman of the Krupp Foundation and honorary chairman of the board of directors of Thyssen-Krupp, he plays an important role in company affairs. He still goes to work every day in his office near the Villa Huegel, the mansion in which the Krupp family once lived.\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n(To be continued)<\/p>\n<p>Source:. Noch heute spielt er als Vorsitzender der Krupp-Stiftung und Ehrenvorsitzender des Aufsichtsrates der Thyssen-Krupp eine wichtige Rolle im Konzern.
