(Second Report) \u2013 24<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cMartina Nees, of the victims\u2019 counselling center in Magdeburg: \u2018When violent acts are not reported to the police, the main reason is that people are afraid, particularly in the context of their village. Here in Saxony-Anhalt, people know one another in the villages, they know the young people who are affected by these attacks. They know the attackers and the attackers are acquainted with the people they attack. Hier in Sachsen-Anhalt kennen sich die Leute einfach, wenn es Jugendliche sind, die betroffen sind von den Angriffen.
