(Second Report) \u2013 15<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cProgram Moderator: \u2018Sure, we\u2019re all supposed to have the courage of our convictions. Ever since the recent events in Muegeln, that\u2019s what politicians everywhere have been saying, even Chancellor Merkel. In Saxony, in the town of Muegeln, all the nice people looked on nicely as a mob of fifty hooligans hunted down eight men from India.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018But what would we have done in that situation? How would each of us have acted? It\u2019s certainly understandable that we should be asked to have the courage of our convictions, but that\u2019s an easy request for politicians to make.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018Responding nobly to cries for help against a force of unreason, multiplied fifty times, can be a life-threatening thing to do.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2018Our reporters Guener Balci and Reinhard Laska show us what can happen to courageous people in Germany. Im s\u00e4chsischen M\u00fcgeln hatten alle braven Anwohner brav zugeschaut, als ein Mob von 50 Randalierern acht Inder jagte.<\/p>\n<p>Was aber h\u00e4tten wir gemacht? Wie h\u00e4tte man selbst reagiert?
