Decreasing the number of those students would be the first step President Auweter-Kurtz and her colleagues at other universities would take if the Capacity Edict were abolished at current budget levels. The finance ministers know this, and so they cling to the edict. Es w\u00e4re die erste Ma\u00dfnahme, die sie umsetzen w\u00fcrden, sobald das Kapazit\u00e4tsrecht fiele und sie selbst \u00fcber die Zahl der Studienpl\u00e4tze entscheiden k\u00f6nnten. Das wissen auch die Wissenschaftsminister.
