Good work has to be rewarded and bad work punished \u2013 that\u2019s what it\u2019s all about. Changes are possible only when resources and a good reputation can either be withheld or bestowed. Gute Arbeit muss belohnt werden, schlechte bestraft, darum geht es. Ver\u00e4nderungen sind nur m\u00f6glich durch den Entzug oder die Vergabe von Ressourcen und Reputation.
