A lot of people are saying that without people like Dr. Todt the under-financed German universities could not function any longer. However, the situation has become absurd: some of Dr. Todt\u2019s colleagues have taken outside jobs in order to finance their real work at the university. Viele sagen: Ohne Leute wie sie w\u00fcrde die unterfinanzierte Uni gar nicht mehr funktionieren. Absurd: Einige ihrer Kollegen suchen sich sogar irgendwelche Nebenjobs, um die eigentliche Arbeit an der Uni finanzieren zu k\u00f6nnen.
