German version below.)<\/p>\n<p>21 MARCH 2007, WEDNESDAY, DUSSELDORF, GERMANY<\/p>\n<p>Exploitation at German Universities, but Not, Surely Not, at the Technical University of Munich \u2013 7<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201dProfessor Scherer and the university leadership agree that the situation is a miserable one. Das Budget der Universit\u00e4t kommt allerdings vom Hamburger Senat und der verteidigt die Ein-Euro-Forscher.
