The Technical University of Munich* – Workers of the (University) World, Unite! – 7
There is not even any form of non-financial recognition for these teachers. Many tenured or tenure-track colleagues even look down with contempt on this group of “losers.” The humiliation, the social exclusion, and the harm caused by not being paid for one’s labor in teaching and research is considerable. It affects the individual psychologically and physically.

Es existieren nicht einmal Formen der nichtfinanziellen Anerkennung. Manch wohlbestallter Kollege blickt sogar verächtlich auf die Riege der »Versager« herab. Die Demütigung, soziale Ausgrenzung und Beeinträchtigung der unbezahlten Arbeit in Lehre und Forschung ist beträchtlich und geht an die psychische wie körperliche Substanz.
