„O-Ton Frontal21: Das heißt, ein und dieselbe Sachbearbeiterin hat schlicht und ergreifend innerhalb von einem Tag vergessen, dass die Frau, die vor ihr sitzt, doppelt promovierte Ärztin und Historikerin ist?
O-Ton Peter-Burkhard Maaßen, Stellvertretender Geschäftsführer ARGE Kreis Viersen: Ich gehe davon aus, dass die ganz einfach in der Hektik des Vorganges das nicht berücksichtigt hat. Ich denke aber in keinem Fall, dass das vorsätzlich war.
