In addition, the universities are supposed to set up “centers” that will take care of the selection of foreign students, along with the process of advising them and dealing with their questions about daily life. The “Council on the Future” has also gone on record as favoring higher tuition charges for foreign students.

Die Hochschulen sollen außerdem “Centers” einrichten, die sich um die Auswahl ausländischer Studierender, aber auch um ihre Betreuung in Studien- und Alltagsfragen kümmern. Der Rat spricht sich auch dafür aus, von ausländischen Studenten dafür höhere Studiengebühren zu kassieren.
