Sueddeutsche Zeitung: Will Bavaria now have a formally constituted body of students, so that even here students will finally be permitted to organize and have their own political representation?
Heubisch: Perhaps in a modified form. The students should submit their suggestions to me.
Suddeutsche Zeitung: A formally constituted body of students – isn’t that an very outdated demand from the 1970’s?
Pennekamp: No one says that we’re going to conform to the old models. We have some new ideas.

SZ: Wird Bayern jetzt die Verfasste Studentenschaft einführen, so dass sich auch hier endlich Studenten selbst organisieren dürfen und ein eigenes politisches Mandat haben?
Heubisch: Vielleicht in einer abgewandelten Form. Die Studenten sollen mir Vorschläge machen.
SZ: Eine Verfasste Studentenschaft – ist das nicht eine längst überholte Forderung aus den siebziger Jahren?
Pennekamp: Wer sagt denn, dass wir uns an den alten Modellen orientieren. Wir haben bereits neue Ideen.
