The Technical University of Munich* – Demographic Chaos – 11
Gabriele Beibst is pursuing the same strategy as Albrecht. Beibst is the Rector of another college, the Fachhochschule Jena, and she recently gave a tour of her institution to teachers visiting from Bavaria. Beibst believes such visits have a multiplier effect; at the same time, she is recruiting in schools while bringing out the unique characteristics of her college.

Die Technische Universität München* – Demographisches Chaos – 11
Diese Strategie verfolgt auch Gabriele Beibst, Rektorin der FH Jena. Vor Kurzem hatte sie Lehrer aus Bayern zu Besuch, denen sie die Hochschule zeigte. Davon verspricht sich Beibst langfristige Multiplikatoreffekte. Daneben wirbt auch sie in den Schulen und versucht, Alleinstellungsmerkmale zu erarbeiten.
