The Technical University of Munich* – Competition from the Yanks, Again – 2
The United States remains popular with students everywhere in the world. In the 2007-08 academic year the number of overseas students at American universities rose by seven percent to almost 624,000. About 9,000 German students were studying in the country during that period, representing an increase of three percent over previous years, according to the “Open Doors” report recently published by the U.S. Department of Education.

Die Technische Universität München* – US-Unis steigen im Kurs – 2
Die USA sind bei Studenten weltweit beliebt: Im Studienjahr 2007/08 stieg die Zahl der ausländischen Studenten an US-Unis um sieben Prozent auf beinahe 624.000. Rund 9000 deutsche Studenten studierten in dem Zeitraum in den Vereinigten Staaten. Das ist laut dem kürzlich veröffentlichten „Open Doors“-Report von US-Bildungsinstitutionen ein Plus von drei Prozent bei Studenten aus Deutschland.
