The Technical University of Munich* – Closed Society – 2
Katja Urbatsch is still overwhelmed. In the first weeks she received more that twenty e-mail messages a day. One student wrote, “This was long overdue.” A researcher from England said, “How can I give all of you some support?” A professor wrote from Saxony, “Very meaningful and important.” He then added a description of his journey “from being a working-class child to becoming a university instructor,” and that was what forged a connection between him and Katja Urbatsch.
