“Kamenz and Wehrle believe that professors at German universities would accomplish more if all the energy that they put into moonlighting went into their university work. This is something of an exaggeration, since the notorious moonlighters exist only in certain areas, such as business and law. Nevertheless, the authors may be on to something. Of course, you have to ignore the fact that work on this book may not exactly be one of the professional obligations that Professor Uwe Kamenz has to fulfill.”

„Kamenz und Wehrle wagen die These, die Leistung der Professoren ließe sich verdoppeln, wenn all die Energie, die in Nebenjobs fließe, für die Hochschule verwendet würde. Dies ist schon deshalb übertrieben, weil es die berüchtigten Nebenjobber nur in einigen Fächern (wie BWL und Jura) gibt. Aber ganz daneben liegen die Autoren sicher nicht – wenn man einmal großzügig darüber hinwegsieht, dass sich die Arbeit an diesem Buch wohl auch nicht umstandslos unter die üblichen Dienstpflichten des FH-Professors Uwe Kamenz bringen lässt.”
