In Providence, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prideri.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">a weeklong celebration of Pride culminated on June 20<\/a>. In New York, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nycpride.org\/#docu\" target=\"_blank\">a weeklong celebration<\/a> of  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2009\/06\/28\/gay-pride-parade-marks-40_n_222010.html\" target=\"_blank\">Pride culminates toda<\/a>y. Why?
