Issues of character were cited as the reason. Appearing first in the article was <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/news.yahoo.com\/s\/thenation\/20070405\/cm_thenation\/15182408_1\">Cheney&#8217;s use of profanity on the Senate floor<\/a>.
